Segundo Sol is a robotic sunflower and video instalation that follows viewers using facial recognition technology. Drawing from the desire of holding humans accountable for the changes in nature. The piece also reflects on the digital age's influence on surveillance and human interaction, questioning the boundaries between natural and artificial, observer and observed. The sunflower’s movement, mimicking a natural organism, serves as a metaphor for the blind faith placed in technology, echoing themes of control and autonomy. The coding and robotics were crafted by Felipe Fontinele, whose technical expertise brought this vision to life
